I am thrilled to announce I will be teaching a workshop at our Soothe Your Soul workshop/retreat
in Sedona, Arizona, the weekend of November 4-6, 2011. Preparing mind, body, and spirit for 11/11/11. This full weekend package involves a dreamy spa location at the AMARA resort hotel, a full day of workshops and healings, and a "vortex" hike!

My workshop is called
RELEASING OLD BAGGAGE AND LETTING YOUR LIGHT SHINE!
We will be bringing up, and becoming conscious of, our old worn-out protections and baggage that we still carry around, past-time protections of our vulnerable hurts and perceived hurts, and our day-to-day protection “buildup”. This will be done in a very safe, nurturing, and sacred space. We will have both a guided meditation and a sacred healing session with both Archangels and Ascended Masters, to bring our protections into present time, so we can let our light shine while also feeling safe and protected. This is a deep, healing journey that will change the etheric shell around you, so be prepared for a deep cleansing and a lot of growth!
