I recently worked with Helena for a two-session soul retrieval, and it was fantastic. She incorporates all her psychic and intuitive knowlege into the process. It all started with the drum beating and rattles, then I told her my intention. What followed was a miraculous session of removing old connected energies (and I mean really old!) and bringing back lost parts of me from past trauma and misunderstandings. After all that, I felt a bolt of pure love that stayed with me for days.
After a few weeks of absorbing these changes, there was a another session to review and reinforce the changes, including writing what to get rid of, (an old, limiting belief) on paper that dissolved! I want to share my
experience with readings and classes( Meditation and Healing) that I have been
taking to help to control my anxiety.
About 6 months ago, I
was the kind of person that didn't believe in anything that it couldn't give me
a logical or scientific explanation.
At this time, I was having the
worse anxiety and panic attacks of my life. I couldn't understand what was wrong
with me. I felt like I was losing my mind. My life was spinning out of control.
Nothing didn't make any sense anymore. Nothing will bring joy in my life. I was
