Giving and receiving a spirit to spirit hello.
This is such a simple, yet powerful tool! When we give a hello to another as
spirit, we validate, and acknowledge them as the powerful being that they are.
We do not have a spirit; we are spirit, we have a body. Our spirits are
infinite, expansive, powerful, and we have chosen to manifest, and play, create
in these awesome vessels known as bodies!
It sounds absurdly simple; it’s something that we do every day,
even take for granted. I can assure you that it is not. A simple hello to
another is the most basic of gestures as a human. The acknowledgement that “I
see you”, or “I acknowledge your presence”, “I validate you” (not just the
personality, or the body, or the stuff!) is tantamount to a healthy life as an
individual, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually! The Hindi
greeting of Namaste, which means “The spirit within me salutes the spirit
within you”, is as close to the meaning of a spirit to spirit hello as I could
find.
And it feels so good.
If someone is extremely beautiful, or has been put in some physical category, like handicapped, autistic, or only 2 months old (or 92) for example, they can become quite lonely if they are only getting a hello to their body, and not to their spirit; it is as if they do not exist. They may experience this as pain, or depression, or just plain stuck.
They may start to believe it!
We communicate as spirit, in pictures, and also telepathically.
To give someone a hello, silently, or with your voice, can be a huge
healing. A hello from spirit to spirit does not have judgment, or agenda, it is
just a neutral acknowledgement of their position, and power, as a spirit.
This can be helpful when the person is not in their body; whether they are under
anesthesia, or have left because of pain in the body, or drugs, or they have
jumped into the past, or the future (already being at the place they are driving
to). Maybe they have just recently died, and are afraid. Maybe they got knocked
out of their body by a psychic whack, or just crashed their bike, have a lot of attention being aimed at them at the moment, or because they are sharing that body with another being, either a nasty spirit, or, just their well meaning,
totally bored, mother.
I’m happy that you are reading this, because we have all felt and experienced these things ourselves, and you can now release some of that pain and loneliness of not being seen, or acknowledged for who you really are. Remember that this is a spirit tool, which means that you do not need to be in your body to use it.
Some of the magic of this tool is that when you give someone a hello
when they are stuck, they immediately can get themselves unstuck. You do
not heal them; they heal themselves. Try it today, and watch what happens. You
are simply using your intent, to give them this hello. You can put it out in
front of their face about a foot or so (not inside their head), or out in front
of their spirit, wherever that may be. No effort, or trying, on your part.
Remember, you are a powerful spirit!
You can also call a friend when you feel stuck, for a simple hello, and they can laugh at you, when you are too serious, or remind you to kick out your lovely mom out of your head, when you can’t seem to focus.
You can give a hello to non humans, and things as well…animals, events, locations, even situations. Such an important tool for your spirit toolbox!
