Learn to direct your focus on the source of light that is within you.
That beautiful luminescence.
You are a being of light. Brilliant, and expanding, powerful, complete. No fixing required.
It doesn’t always feel that way, when our everyday lives bog us down, or when life gets challenging. Hard to admit it when others around you do not have your same ethics, or seem to be vibrating lower than what we would wish.
Or maybe we just forget.
I just returned from an intense Shamanic workshop in Seattle, where we would begin each of our (many) journeys, initiations, and releasement work by holding hands in a circle, with our eyes closed, as we set the space, and as we co created sacred space. After we did this, and before we would begin our work, we would (with our eyes still closed) see ourselves as made of light, and focus on the source of light within us. Then we would look at the person on the left of us, seeing them as filled with light, as a being of light as luminescent. We then did the same to the person to the right of us.
It was wonderful to start our journeys in this way! It was also empowering to experience other people seeing us as luminescent. Sometimes you may not feel this way, but you are. A powerful, luminous being, of love, and of light. And of the highest vibration of source energy. You can heal yourself with your own light, just by being it.
You can also direct it outward.
In our Sundaygroup, where we do ascension work, we may work with the Violet Flame energy for a while, that transmuting, alchemical energy, using love and forgiveness. We always end the session, though, by adding to our light quotient, by seeing that light all around us, and in us. We always end speaking aloud this prayer, or fiat:
I AM a child of the light
I love the light
I serve the light
I live in the light
I AM protected, illumined,
supplied, sustained by the light
And I bless the light
It is a wonderful way to seal your aura, and contain that essence.
And see yourself encapsulated.
It is good to see it in other spirits as well.
You can direct this light energy, or,
You can just be it.
Practice this, and also seeing others in their divine light.
It is an amazing healing for you, and for them!
