so that you have space in your life for something new? You can’t start a new chapter
in your life, if you keep re-reading the last one! Make a list of all your unfinished business,
needed appointments, projects and tasks. Keep going until you can’t think of anything else
that is nagging you. Yes, even add “return the book you borrowed”, “get the oil changed”.
Look at the list as a whole, and breathe back your energy from it. While forgiving
yourself for waiting so long to handle the minor things, you can also
decide which ones to just let go of. The fixing project, (where you would prefer
to buy a new one), the half finished book, or craft project you don’t have the
excitement for anymore. It’s obvious how the small things add up, and rob you
of your present time energy level.
WE KEEP SO MUCH OF OUR ENERGY STUCK IN THERE! No wonder we feel drained, energy stuck in old projects, actually keeps us from completing them. Pull your energy out of it, and into present time. Breathe it back. Deflate the old project, as your power is in present time.
Your power, is in present time, not in the past, not in your stuff. Certainly not in resisting something.
Pull yourself into yourself. Just keep it simple...use your breath, and your imagination. Do it now.
Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa......breathe it back in to every cell. Fill up.
Breathe.
Be present.
Once more. Breathe your energy back from a situation, from an old project, from something that you are afraid to do, but it is on your list. Breathe it back, into the now, fill up your heart, your place of courage.
Now you can get to the bottom of the barrel,
like “clean up that miscommunication with your friend”, or “forgive your
family member for something that happened 7 years ago”.
OK, now really reach into the barrel…how about “give away all the clothes
in your closet that don’t serve you anymore, and come clean that you will never
be the same size you were 10 years ago”, or “leave a relationship that doesn’t work”.
Sometimes, if there is something incomplete, or some hidden fear,
it will be hard to "turn in that final paper" to being done, the last, final thing that will get you
OUT OF THE OLD SPACE AND INTO THE NEW. This is a good time for an introspective
meditation check-in of all the different selves in you (child self, higher self, etc).
This is also a great time to get a reading on the energies, or a short healing,
to help you to take a step up onto the next chapter of your life.

Finishing a good book is like leaving a good friend
William Feather
Keep it simple, and release the perfect pictures. There's never a right time to make the phone call, etc; some completions are human, and messy. Done is better than perfect.
Keep it simple, and don’t complicate it. Try to make it fun, treat yourself
when you finish the small steps.
Did I say keep it simple?
Don’t overanalyze it, just do it. Give yourself permission to complete it.
It will give you so much more life force and vitality, and will help you slide into the next
new chapter of you!
I have found that when I make that final mark of completion
on something, that I have already done much of the learning, and energy work
needed, and it is the symbol of completion that is necessary now.
Besides the fear of the unknown, there is a sense of loss sometimes, and that needs to
be acknowledged, accepted, after an end of something that was your identity for
a while. Sometimes a symbol of the completion helps, like a hairstyle change, or a party,
or celebration. Maybe a short solo trip, or just some down time can re-boot your
space. Addressing and saying hello to your fears helps. Saying hello to those
dreams of yours too! Acknowledging your actions and lessons learned helps put
things into perspective, and into present time. Own your new space, you've taken a step up!!
Can you allow the new space you have just created to be empty
for a while, or do you need to fill it immediately?
Completing a class, job, relationship, living space, or project is like ending a chapter in your life; this one wild and precious life of yours, and before you embark on the new chapter, put the book in your lap for a moment, and be grateful, for all you’ve learned, grateful for the players.
Breathe and let go. Be empty. Set your space how you wish it to be. Take with
you the information you’ve learned, and leave the rest, with love.
Now, what will your next grand adventure be?
