I’ve been releasing things in my house as well, a decluttering spree of 9 days, of 27 things each day. I’m only on day 4, and it’s been exhilarating. I just needed to honest with myself, and let go.
Here’s an easy, and simple ritual for you to do, to release some things, energetically, that may be blocking the present time energetic flow, and add more light. It may create much needed empty space, or signal something better, and brighter to enter your life.
Call in sacred space for yourself, however you do, with a candle, sage, the presence of angels, your guides, or your higher self.
Take a piece of blank paper, and write this question:
If I could release one thing, it would be…
Just be in your center, and be still. And allow whatever it is, that would serve your highest good, to come forth, and be released.
It may not be what you think it should be. It may seem trite, or it may seem insurmountable. It can be shameful, or dark, or very hidden, or scary. Allow it to come forward, so it can be acknowledged, and released. It can be a connection, an old habit, dynamic, relationship, or how you show up in a relationship.
It can be a physical thing. It can be an energetic cord, or it can be your attitude or belief about the reason why you have kept it firmly in place.
Maybe it is that one, small thing that you are still angry about, that someone said, and that you disagree with. You spend too much time with it in your consciousness, having imaginary conversations with the person about it. You can’t let it go, and it is fermenting in your energetic field, and it is dulling your light.
It may be something you need to forgive them for, or it may be true. Or true for them.
Be honest with yourself, in this safe, and sacred space.
Allow yourself to see the answer, or just know the answer.
What one thing can you release in your life right now?
What one thing is just so ready to be let go of?
When you are ready, write the answer on the paper. Be courageous, for bringing it to consciousness, helps it transmute into light. What will be shown is what you are now ready to release.
Write as much as you need, get the entire thing out of you, and on paper.
When you are ready, you can use your breath, and blow on the piece of paper, a few times, (3 is good), and energetically release what you wrote, including the energetic cords to it. You can say something like:
“With compassion, and love, and gratitude, I release this now, to be transmuted, for the benefit of all concerned. I now let it go. I am complete.”
Take a moment to breathe, and feel the change. Again, use your breath, to inhale back your power, or to inspire into your self a new way of being. A lighter, new you.
Can you visualize yourself now, with this released in you? See yourself as such. Feel this as already happened.
Take your time. Embody the new change. Forgive, and feel forgiven. See your new life, without this one thing. Feel it.
Now, take your paper, and destroy it in some way. I like to burn it, (in a safe location), or bury it under the ground. You can simply rip it up. It helps energetically, and helps to complete it.
This can be a wonderful, and simple ritual for you to do.
When you are ready, invite in a beautiful effervescent Rose Golden Light to shine throughout your Being and recalibrate and bless the space that has been cleared and cleansed. See or feel this light entering your Being and take a few deep breaths. Be in present time. Thank Pachamama and the angels and the stars and whomever you resonate with on a Spiritual level for facilitating this energetic shift, and also, honor yourself for the gift of energetic alchemy you just gave yourself.
Now, lastly, is there any thing you may need to do, to complete this, to embody yourself in this more present time you?
This next step is important, as you have already done the energetic work, and it’s good to ground it in the physical.
Sometimes the releasing of unwanted, old, or even broken physical things can trigger an energetic release. Sometimes, it can be the other way around. You may find that it is time to let go of some physical things to match your new space.
