I was fortunate enough to be asked to do a house healing the other evening. The woman who asked me had gotten a few readings from me, so she inquired.
While we are in California, the house in question is in Oregon, a rental, that had been empty for months, and even though it was on the market, clean, new carpets, paint, nice house, nice neighborhood, it wasn’t getting any interested people at all. She was losing a lot of money having it be empty for so long, and was perplexed, as she had just done so much for it! It was being listed, and shown by a rental agency, so she showed me the listing, and I looked at all the pics. Later, she called, and we had the reading/healing over the phone.
It didn’t take long, maybe an hour tops. She told me the basic history of the previous past tenants, and I could sense various things as I went through the house, room by room.
There was a gay couple who had broken up after a many year loving relationship. That was the most recent. There was a veteran with both bi-polar, and PSTD, who was there before them, as were 2 other renters. I could tell that one was a hoarder, and that the garage was filled to the brim with stuff, and that they smoked, in one spot outside, by the back entry. I also saw that the veteran had a lot of issues, and stress, and was on medication. She validated all of that, and said that when the veteran, and the two roommates left, the garage was so full of stuff, that they found two dead cats underneath. The vet had also had a hard time finding a home after moving out, and was homeless for a spell. It was in the garage, that I saw the nasty, mean energy of a being, quite angry, enraged, and suspicious of me looking at it. I saw the couple, who were fighting before breaking up. Such anger, and grief only seen with a couple that once loved each other very much. There were many fights in the bedroom, and in the master bath, and such sadness, especially from the one who was being left for another. I could see how much love they had for each other at one time, too.
Except for the smokers energy, the yard outside seemed to be quite nice, considering it had a large wall at the end of it, which covered your view of a freeway. They put in a small pond, with a waterfall, to soften the sounds, and bring a soothing, tranquil feel to it.
So now on to the healing. When we began, I “set” the space of the reading/healing, by creating a bubble, or space for us to do the work, which was grounded, or connected to the earth, to help release energy, and to stay safe. I also invited Archangels to be present around us, in all cardinal directions, holding the space in love, and light, and ready to help, if needed. My other energy tool was the transmuting energy of the violet flame, which uses love, and forgiveness, a very high spiritual vibration. It transmutes negativity. It will be the “Scrubbing Bubbles” of our housecleaning! Yes, this amazing energy, along with a simple, yet powerful spirit-to-spirit hello; these are the perfect tools for the job. Of course I will always use the energy of Archangel Michael, and his legion of angels, to help bring any entities, stuck beings, or any stuck energies not of the light, to take their next step. I have learned many other tools over the years, but these are the staples, and they work. I put up my protections, and ground myself, say a prayer, stay light, roll up my psychic sleeves, and we begin.
I asked my client to say the name of the address a few times, so I could say hello to any main pictures, or energies of the situation. What I saw was a very stuck, angry being, over in one corner of the house, by the garage. Yes, he seemed very stuck. Instead of focusing my attentions there, I left him alone, and started going through each room, grounding it, and releasing the stuck emotions, the past time energies. I had the client use the violet flame too, we kept it very simple, imagine a whirling, tornado of fire, except a violet color. It is the energy of forgiveness, and love, and it transmutes negativity to a higher vibration. See it coming up from the ground, and “burning through the energies of each room, purifying each molecule, cell, atom.
She went around (in her minds eye) each room with the flame, in a clockwise sweep, through the walls, electrical, plumbing, the wood, the walls, the floor, the yard both front and back. Forgiveness, love, light. I did the same, and also removed a lot of past time stuck emotions, and trauma, which really helped to lighten up the place. I could see the couple and their strife, in different rooms; I could see the vet and his pain, and his mental anguish, and the fact that he vacated quite a bit, (maybe the medications).
I was removing them all, (with loving help) when I saw the nasty being, trying to push me away, and threaten me. It took a while to talk with him, and get behind the threats, and fears, to the person. And then I got the story.
This being was once alive , he was a soldier, that had been killed in the war, the same war as the vet. He may have known him. He was killed, and through all the stress, and terror, he did not take his next step (to the light), but instead, climbed inside the vet and lived there. I listened to his story, and as I gave him that hello as a spirit, the rage subsided, and mistrust and fear took over. He kept saying that he was supposed to return home (to his mother), and that, “how could things have gone so terribly, terribly wrong?” He killed men. He did wrong things. Things he was not proud of, and he doesn’t think he will go to heaven, so he’s staying here. He doesn’t know where else to go.
He seemed to have a mental disorder, just like the vet. Maybe that’s why they got so entangled. When the vet left this house, he ended up homeless, and the being ended up stuck here.
Saying hello to the being, and reminding them that they are dead, and that it’s time for them to go, can get the process started. I spent some time urging him to forgive himself, and that he would be taken to a much better place than that old, empty house. His mother indeed loves, and misses him, and he can go to a place of healing, and learning. His next step.
Archangel Michael and his posse of angels were ready, willing, and waiting to help this lost being to take that next step, and at that point, I felt some very high soothing, and loving energy of a female nature. Mother Mary, or was it his own mother was there, and softly guided him. At that point his energy completely changed, and I felt him leave.
We continued for a bit healing the house, by bringing the vibration of the whole house (and yard) to a soft, rose gold, or pink gold. The female energy continued to help us, and the rooms all took a softer hue. Even the garage, now, was an empty, large, inviting room, with a soft golden glow.
Our house healing finished, I thanked the Angels, Mary, and the Violet flame for their love, and help, and support.
The whole event took about an hour! I received a letter from her about two weeks later, saying that the place was rented nine days later. She wrote a little blurb that she offered for me to use as a testimonial. I am always honored to see the evolution of energy, and also honored to hold space for it, and be a witness for it.
Within 9 days of Helena's Spiritual Cleansing, a new tenant moved into my Oregon rental home. The clean, attractive home had been vacant for over 3 months in the dead of winter, the worst time of year to find a new tenant. I thought of Helena since she had given me personal readings previously.
The day after the home's spiritual cleansing I dropped the rent by $50, several previous rent reductions had not produced any positive results.
