There is a specific way to create, that is so wonderful, and empowering, even if that road is bumpy at times, or scary, or you may feel that you don't know enough. And that is when you own your creations!
I really saw that in action clearly today, while I was doing a reading, and I also saw how that concept influences my life.
I was reading a woman who had a large project given to her to do by her boss. She had a lot of fears about it.
When I do a psychic reading, I see many things when they first say their name, and close my eyes, and say hello to them as a spirit. What I saw in hers, was a bright, capable, powerful color, that was hers, but a smattering of a dark grey powdery color, which made it hard to really see her. I saw that the grey was not her energy, and probably a boss. I saw in that color, that there were a few judgements, or criticisms, of his, in the form of pictures, that now sat in my clients space, clouding her view of things, and dimming her light.
What was funny, was, there were about two pictures, of "yeah, she probably can't do this yet", but also, one of "she is quite capable, and will grow into this, once she gets some experience". I saw also that she only chose the negative ones, to accept, and now it filled her with fear of not being capable enough. I saw that she did need some more pieces of information, some training, but that was easily attainable.
His pictures, and his energy in her project made it hard for her to see her project, to create in it, but most importantly, for her to own it, to be senior to the energies floating around in it. If not senior, at least neutral.
When you really own something as yours, you can put 100% into it. Not 80, 0r 45%. You can be honest with yourself about it, including who you are, what you are capable of, and figure out how to get what you need. In her case she needed more information about being a project manager, but that she had all the skills, and getting that information would be simple, easily attainable, and she would be on her way.
The other part of owning your creations, besides having, and getting the access to resources that you need, in a neutral way, is that you cannot play the blame game. You cannot give power and responsibility to other peopler, if it is yours.
It's called "owning your crown".
Your crown, or your 7th chakra, on the top of your head, is your ownership center. You have access to knowledge here, and you can be "senior" to all other energies in the space. It is the I AM place. "I AM that", as opposed to "I want that", or even "I will make that happen". There is no effort in I AM that, no power struggles, and no fear. If you need more information, you can figure out how to get it. You would never put the blame on someone else, or make it their responsibility, because you are owning it, (like a boss).
In this way, by giving 100%, instead of 45% or so, there really is no fear, or problem, that will break you, you can create the answers, in little effort (effort is a 3rd chakra experience, as is worry. Fear is a first chakra experience).
Not only can you create answers for yourself, like getting the information, or help you need, but you will have lots of energy, as you create. You get so much more out of owning it, being it. A great example of that is an artist so engrossed in their passion, or a child absorbed entirely by playing.
It is uplifting.
Rewarding.
By the end of the reading, she had released a lot of the bosses energy and pictures from her project, and I saw her spirit's bright, capable color taking over, and she started owning it, regardless of the fact that she need a bit more information. She could easily attain that. She could ask for help, ask some questions, take a course, even pay for help. I could see that she was going to do great things, and she would grow into it. Her boss was right! She was pretty capable.
Meanwhile, I had a chance to look at my own matching pictures in my life, where some of my projects, I am not really owning. I blame other people for it, and watch the energy get sticky, and in effort. I also feel that I do not have enough information, or am waiting for others to do things for me, and then "they" are the problem. And then the fears start to come in, and the reactions, instead of the actions. HaHa! It was a great learning experience for me.
Once I "own my crown", and am senior to my creative project, I become it.
I'm responsible. I can ask for help, and discover access to resources; I don't need to do everything myself. And yet, I accept responsibility, and the power that comes with that integrity. When I am "in the zone", I am like that creative artist at her passion, or like that child absorbed in play. I am creating, and I get energy back from it.
It was great to do a reading, and come out of it so inspired!
