Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become your character.
And watch your character, for it becomes your destiny!
What we think, we become.
My father always said that. And I think that I am fine.

former British Prime Minister
"The Iron Lady"
One of the most powerful things we can do, as vibrational beings, is to watch our thoughts. It’s a wonderful habit. We create, our inner garden, with the tools at hand, and, at the very core of our tools, are our beliefs. Our beliefs are like the earth in our inner garden. They are the core vibration of us. Our beliefs can be buried so deeply, that it can take some time of excavation, to examine them, to see if they are in present time, if they are true, if they help our garden, and perhaps, if they are even ours.
Maybe they are our parents, or our teachers, or the vibration of our community, where we live.
Maybe they were ours at some time in our life, but now we have changed. Our vibration has gotten lighter, for example.
Emotions come and go, as does our thoughts, and they are like seeds, that we sow in our inner garden. They can grow a beautiful, and nourishing inner landscape for us, or fill us with fear, separation, and paranoia, so it can only help us to watch, with a loving, and compassionate gaze, and to tend to that garden.
Do it daily, in meditation. Watch your thoughts, and pull out the weeds. Don’t take every thought you think, as fact!
Watch your thoughts. They are what is helping to create your vibration.
And raising our vibration helps the planet, feels great, and adds more light into our space. It will manifest in our lives in wondrous ways, which is the basic tenet of the law of attraction.
What you think about grows.
Luckily, you are in charge of how you feel, and how you react to events in life. That’s why it is so important to visit your inner garden regularly.
It is yours, you can change what you wish! But you must first notice, and accept what you see. Accept, take a deep breath, and roll up your sleeves.
If you have been doing this for a while, you can come to this place for healing, insight, and refuge.
We start where we are, and add more light, acknowledge, and own the darkness. Adding more light, daily, will change even the most barren of landscapes, and adding love will soften the hardest of soils.
And, as we all know when planting a garden, patience is so important! Things take time to root, and take hold. Add a row of positive, loving, powerful thoughts, and repeat them to yourself daily. It could take a month, for them to take hold, and show up in conscious mind. Be proud of your work!
A simple way to add light in your space, and up your vibration, is to consciously breathe.
Let’s do a quick meditation, for our inner garden.
Take a moment to create a sacred space for yourself. Allow your body to relax, and settle, and use your breath, to bring in more light. Inhale the most sparkling, life affirming, love filled light. Let it fill you; your bones, and muscles, and organs, and senses. Your cells, and the spaces in between your cells. Inhale light and exhale it into your body. Just allow your breath to command the light to you, there is no effort here.
Exhale it into your space now. And again. More light. Breathe it into your emotional body, and your mental body. Inhale, and exhale light. Let it start to relax you, and go into all the crevices and cracks. Keep breathing light, and let it go into your inner garden now. See your garden with your minds eye. Here are your thoughts, and feelings about life, about yourself, and your place in the world. Keep breathing. Be the gentle wind in your garden, feeding the air. With light. With love.
Keep breathing in light. Keep exhaling it into your inner garden. This is your space. You created it. You can walk around, and notice what you see. Is there a garden growing? Are there trees? Grounding rocks? A stream or creek of water? Is the water healthy? Are there birds or animals? Keep breathing the high vibration in, and out. See the plants as thought forms, growing. There are both sacred, loving thoughts growing, and spiraling up to the sun, and contracted, fearful ones. They are growing, too, in your garden.
There is love, and there is fear.
There are plants of not feeling good enough, or of blaming others, or of resentment. They are growing from the earth of fear-based beliefs, under the ground. Perhaps they are true, perhaps not. Perhaps there are limiting beliefs, that have grown up like weeds, in between the other plants. Just breathe, and notice.
This is your garden, and you have created it. Own it, love it. Notice what is in there.
There may be amazing plants, and trees with fruit of self worth, and trust, and power. There may be healthy plants of trust, and creativity, of great ideas, and generousity. Plants of healthy boundaries, plants that come from the soil, that the earth is a sacred place. A safe place, a healthy place. That people truly love, and care about you. That you have the power to act, and that you can make a difference.
What do you see, in your garden? Keep breathing, more light, more love, and appreciation. Slow, deep breaths. Inhaling pure, dazzling light. Gratitude.
Then exhale, slowly. Pure light. Gratitude.
Inhale, slowly, and look around your garden. Is there a grounding rock for you to sit on? Are there bees, creating pure amber honey, from your beautiful thoughts?
Be grateful for it all. Accept what you have created first. Water, and nurture what is life affirming, what is good. You decide. It is your garden.
Breathe in light, and love, slowly.
Be in gratitude.
Notice what is working, what is thriving.
And exhale, like a gentle breeze, and validate, and nourish it.
Just notice.
Is there something there, that you wish to pull up, or destroy? Perhaps, an old thought form, or obsession, or habit, or, someone else’s belief about you, or the world, or others, or about life?
This is your garden. You can create, destroy, replant, or just enjoy. Smell the amazing smells of flowers, and herbs, of fresh, rich soil, of sun soaked flowers, and fruits.
You can notice what needs weeding out, and do that now. Maybe, with all this light, and love, it is just easier to see now, and makes itself known.
Be conscious of it, and change it. Be patient with yourself. This is your space. Create what you want, now. Your consciousness is your garden, and you create your world with your thoughts, and with your vibration.
You are lightening up, and the universe takes notice. Tell your universe just what it is, that you are doing. It’s ok. The rewards are phenomenal. Be patient, with your garden. Be strong handed, pulling up the weeds. Be aware.
This is your one and wild and precious life. Your actions come from this place, so make this place a sanctuary, of light, and love, and joy.
Let it gently rain on your garden, to nourish, and let the sun warm everything, fill you with joy, and strengthen your plants. See the rainbow travelling across the sky, as an ephemeral gift, and delicious omen for you.
Keep breathing, and stay in your garden a short while longer. Everyday, you can come, and visit, and heal yourself, while you create.
Take your time, coming out of the meditation. Throughout your day, notice your thoughts, rising up from your garden. Keep the ones you want. Water, and feed those.
You don’t need to water those you are letting go of. Just notice them. Don’t feed them. Just notice.
Gratitude feeds your garden. Light and love, and compassion do also.
You can create a waterfall, if you wish, or large, wise trees. You are a work in progress. And you are loved.
I hope you can make this inner garden of yours a place of healing, of understanding, of change, of choice, and of refuge. Make it a place that will feed you, and feed your loved ones, and the community.
Many blessings, and rich bounty!
